Elisa Harkins (Cherokee/ Muscogee Creek) produces an Indigenous Concert Series with live virtual performances by multiple Indigenous performers to take place monthly September 2020 to February 2021. Harkins, an artist and composer, is a multi-year recipient of the Tulsa Artist Fellowship and a 2020-2021 Tulsa Artist Fellowship Arts Integration Awardee.
"I am proud to use my grant to produce an online concert series called 6 Moons," says Harkins. "It's called 6 Moons because it will take place over the course of 6 months and also it's a reference to The 5 Moons, the 5 Indigenous ballerinas."
