KARINA GIRN

PROGRAMS & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Karina R. Girn is the Programs & Marketing Assistant at Tulsa Artist Fellowship. Originally from Farmington, Connecticut, she graduated magna cum laude with honors in 2025 from the University of Tulsa, earning a BFA with an emphasis in Painting and a minor in Art History.

Girn is a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in painting, incorporating watercolor and other mixed-media techniques. Her work explores themes of folklore, mythology, and cultural memory, drawing from both Eastern and Western narratives. She has exhibited across Oklahoma, including at the Alexandre Hogue Gallery at the University of Tulsa, Art at 302 in Broken Arrow, and Montereau in Tulsa.

She has also contributed to community arts initiatives, including a collaborative mural for children at Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS) in Tulsa. Girn currently lives and works in Tulsa, where she maintains an active studio practice alongside her work supporting programs, events, and marketing at Tulsa Artist Fellowship.
