KARINA GIRN
PROGRAMS & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Karina R. Girn is the Programs & Marketing Assistant at Tulsa Artist Fellowship. Originally from Farmington, Connecticut, she graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Tulsa in 2025, earning a BFA with an emphasis in Painting and a minor in Art History.
Girn is a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in painting, incorporating watercolor and mixed media. Her work explores folklore, mythology, and cultural memory, drawing from both Eastern and Western narratives. She has exhibited throughout Oklahoma, including at the Alexandre Hogue Gallery at the University of Tulsa, Art at 302 in Broken Arrow, and Montereau in Tulsa.
She has contributed to community arts initiatives, including a collaborative mural for children at Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS) and Tulsa Opera’s Art at the Opera. She lives and works in Tulsa, maintaining an active studio practice alongside her role supporting programs, events, and marketing at Tulsa Artist Fellowship. Her previous experience includes 108|Contemporary and the Philbrook Museum of Art.
