Hyped On Experience presents a night of extreme dance music built for collective release. FULLY OPTIMIZED: Thrash Dance In Unity brings New York hardcore techno, experimental electronics, industrial, and breakcore into one high-intensity night of sound, movement, and communal breakthrough. SHAKE IT OFF!

Organized by Tulsa Artist Fellow Derrick Estrada / Baseck, the evening marks the homecoming of a two-week Hyped On Experience tour through the Midwest and East Coast with Cincinnati-based Decide Today. The lineup brings together Kilbourne (NYC), Baseck featuring White Boy Scream, Decide Today (Cincinnati), and Stalking (Tulsa).

Hyped On Experience is Baseck’s artist-led label and event series, developed as an avenue for releasing music, producing gatherings, and bringing underground artists from across the country into exchange with Tulsa. Rooted in more than three decades of Baseck’s involvement in electronic music and underground rave culture, the project approaches sound, improvisation, and collective experience as tools for connection and sonic freedom.

KILBOURNE | NYC
DJ + producer Kilbourne is a leading voice in American hardcore techno, moving across hardcore, gabber, hard techno, and other extreme edges of dance music. She has performed internationally at venues and platforms including Tresor, Defqon.1, and Boiler Room and released music with PRSPCT, Industrial Strength, and Evar Records. She is the founder of Hammerhead, a New York label and party dedicated to the psychedelic and uncompromising possibilities of hardcore techno.

BASECK FEAT. WHITE BOY SCREAM | TULSA + LOS ANGELES
Tulsa Artist Fellow Baseck is a Mexican-American sound artist, performer, and instrument designer whose practice grows from more than three decades in electronic music and Los Angeles underground rave culture. For FULLY OPTIMIZED, he performs with White Boy Scream, the project of Los Angeles vocalist and sound artist Micaela Tobin, whose operatic and extended vocal techniques move through noise, drone, electronics, and dense choral textures. Their ongoing collaboration includes the 2024 release BAKUNAWA: BURN on Hyped On Experience.

DECIDE TODAY | CINCINNATI
Decide Today is the long-running project of Cincinnati artist Robert Inhuman, crossing industrial, breakcore, digital hardcore, darkwave, ambient, and punk. The project connects abrasive electronic experimentation with the political and community-oriented ethos of anarcho-punk and radical music culture. FULLY OPTIMIZED concludes a two-week Midwest and East Coast tour with Baseck before the artists return to Tulsa.
